    🥣 Soup Saturdays: Fish Tea Soup 🥣
⁣
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Serves: 4⁣
⏲ Prep Time: 20 minutes⁣
🍽 Cook Time: 40 minutes⁣
⁣
🥕 Ingredients: 🥕⁣
Your choice of fish⁣
1 packet Grace Fish Tea Soup Mix⁣
8 cups water⁣
4 plantains, sliced⁣
2 potatoes, peeled and chopped⁣
2 cups corn ⁣
1 cup sweet potato⁣
4 carrots, chopped⁣
4 scallions, chopped⁣
2 cloves of garlic⁣
Pinch of salt⁣
Pinch of pepper⁣
Fresh herbs for garnish⁣
⁣
👇 Instructions: 👇⁣
1. Clean and de-bone the fish. ⁣
2. Bring the water to a boil. Add fish and simmer until soft, about 30 minutes. Strain the fish and set aside. ⁣
3. Add the packet of soup mix to the fish broth and bring to a boil. Add the plantains, potatoes, corn, sweet potato, carrots, scallions and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.⁣
4. Reduce the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the fish. ⁣
5. Remove from the heat. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
    🌶 Oxtail 🌶⁣ ⁣ 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 🌶 Oxtail 🌶⁣

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Serves: 4⁣
⏲ Prep Time: 1 hour⁣
🍽 Cook Time: 3 hours and 10 minutes⁣
⁣
🦴 Ingredients: 🦴⁣
2 lbs oxtail pieces⁣
1 350 mL bottle of Grace Oxtail Marinade⁣
2 tbsp olive oil⁣
Salt and pepper to taste⁣
⁣
👇 Instructions: 👇⁣
1. Shake a bottle of Grace Oxtail Marinade well and pour ⅔ of it over the oxtail pieces. Rub the marinade into the meat and let it sit for about an hour. ⁣
2. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the marinated oxtail pieces and brown. ⁣
3. Add 4 to 6 cups of water to the meat and cook in a covered pot on low heat for about 3 hours, until the meat is tender. ⁣
4. Add the rest of the marinade and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. ⁣
5. Serve with coleslaw, rice and peas and plantains.
    🥣 Soup Saturdays: Beef Bouillon Soup 🥣⁣

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Serves: 4⁣
⏲ Prep Time: 20 minutes⁣
🍽 Cook Time: 1 hour⁣
⁣
🧄 Ingredients: 🧄⁣
4 Grace Beef Flavoured Bouillon Cubes⁣
2 lbs beef⁣
2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed⁣
2 tbsp parsley, chopped⁣
2 scallions, chopped⁣
3 tbsp garlic, minced⁣
Pinch of salt⁣
Pinch of pepper⁣
8 cups water⁣
2 tbsp olive oil⁣
1 onion, chopped⁣
1 bell pepper, chopped⁣
1 tomato, diced⁣
4 cups spinach⁣
2 carrots, peeled and chopped⁣
2 parsnips, peeled and chopped⁣
2 potatoes, peeled and chopped⁣
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped⁣
1 plantain, sliced⁣
1 tbsp garlic powder⁣
⁣
👇 Instructions: 👇⁣
1. Rinse meat under water. Combine the beef, lime juice, parsley, scallions, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Marinate the meat for at least an hour. ⁣
2. Boil the beef in water until cooked. ⁣
3. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, tomato, spinach, carrots and parsnips. Sauté for about 5 minutes. ⁣
4. Add 8 cups of water and allow the vegetables to cook for another 5 minutes. ⁣
5. Add the cooked beef, plantain, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and bouillon cubes. Cover and boil for about 30 minutes. ⁣
6. Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and serve hot.
    🥥 Coconut Macaroons 🥥⁣

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Serves: 12⁣
⏲ Prep Time: 20 minutes⁣
🍽 Cook Time: 25 minutes⁣
⁣
🍫 Ingredients: 🍫⁣
14 ounces shredded coconut⁣
14 ounces Grace Organic Coconut Milk⁣
¼ cup Grace Organic Coconut Sugar⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
2 egg whites⁣
Pinch of salt⁣
⁣
👇 Instructions: 👇⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. ⁣
2. Combine the shredded coconut, Grace Organic Coconut Milk, Grace Organic Coconut Sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl. ⁣
3. Beat the egg whites using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold the egg whites into the coconut mixture until well combined. Careful not to over mix. ⁣
4. Use an ice cream scoop to or spoon to portion out the batter. Place the batter onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. ⁣
5. Bake for about 25 minutes until brown. Remove from heat and serve!

🍾 Ingredients 🍾 ⁣
2 oz dark rum ⁣
1 473 mL bottle of Grace Tropical Rhythms, Sorrel Ginger⁣
Cranberries and edible glitter, for garnish⁣
Ice cubes⁣
⁣
👇 Instructions 👇⁣
1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes. ⁣
2. Stir rum and Grace Tropical Rhythms until well combined. ⁣
3. Garnish with cranberries and edible glitter. Cheers!
