Skillet Coconut Cornbread

Ingredients:

1 cup Grace Cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp salt
⅓ cup sugar, or to taste
1 tbsp baking powder
1 egg
1 cup Grace Organic Coconut Milk
⅓ cup neutral oil

Directions:

1) In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine all wet liquids.
2) Combine and mix
3) Pour into a greased skillet and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
4) Top with butter and Grace Honey and enjoy!
