Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
½ red onion, finely chopped
½ cup salsa
½ sour cream
½ cup cream cheese
2 tbsp Grace Scotch Bonnet Hot Pepper Sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Paprika, for garnish
Grace Sweet Chili Plantain Chips, for dipping
Directions:
1) Boil chicken breasts for 20 minutes or until cooked, then shred
2) Combine with rest of ingredients and mix well
3) Garnish with paprika and serve with Grace Sweet Chili Plantain Chips
4) Enjoy!
