INGREDIENTS:
1 can of Grace Dry Pigeon Peas
1 pack Grace Spicy Cock Soup Mix
1 50g packet of Grace Coconut Milk Powder
2 potatoes, diced
1 Jamaican sweet potato, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1⁄2 onion, chopped
1 escallion, chopped
1 carrot, diced
6-8 cups of water
For dumplings:
1 cup flour
1⁄4 cup water or as needed Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1) Mix flour with water and seasoning and roll in your palms to create long tapered dumplings, set aside
2) In a pot, fry all of the vegetables for 3-5 minutes
3) Add water, Spicy Cock Soup Mix and let simmer for 30 minutes
4) Add beans, dumplings and Grace Coconut Milk Powder and let simmer for another 30 minutes
