2 tbsp Grace Caribbean Traditions Jerk Seasoning
4 tbsp Grace Jerk Seasoning

Cornmeal
Sugar
Baking Powder
Salt
Water
DIRECTIONS
Chicken
1. Sprinkle 2 TSP of Grace Caribbean Traditions Jerk Seasoning on chicken
2. Mix 1 TBSP Vegetable oil & 4 TBSP Grace Jerk Seasoning together then rub on chicken
3. Sear chicken until brown then place in the centre of the preheated over at 375c for approximately 45 minutes or until done

1. Mix the ingredients into a dough and deep fry it.
