👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Serves: 4
🍽 Cook Time: 15 to 30 minutes

🌶 Ingredients: 🌶 
1 box Grace Honey Jerk Chicken Wings

👇  Instructions: 👇 

Oven Method: 
1. Preheat oven to 450 F (232 C). 
2. Place wings on tray in the middle oven rack.
3. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, turn halfway through. 
4. Remove from heat and serve!

Grill Method: 
1. Place wings on a medium-hot grill. 
2. Cook for 14 to 18 minutes, turn halfway through. 
3. Remove from heat and serve!

    🥕 Coconut Carrot Cake Bars 🥕⁣

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Serves: 8 ⁣
⏲ Prep Time: 20 minutes⁣
🍽 Cook Time: 40 minutes⁣
⁣
🥚 Ingredients: 🥚⁣
⁣
For the coconut carrot cake bars:⁣
1 large egg⁣
1 cup Grace Coconut Sugar⁣
1 cup all-purpose flour⁣
1 cup shredded carrots⁣
½ cup unsalted butter⁣
1 tbsp vanilla extract⁣
1 tsp ground cinnamon⁣
½ tsp baking powder⁣
Pinch of salt⁣
⁣
For the cream cheese swirl: ⁣
1 large egg yolk⁣
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature⁣
¼ cup granulated sugar⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
⁣
👇 Instructions: 👇 ⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a pan or line it with parchment paper, and set aside. ⁣
2. Combine the butter and coconut sugar together in a bowl. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract. Add in the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Fold in the carrots and set aside. ⁣
3. Beat the egg yolk, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract together with an electric mixer until smooth, and set aside.  ⁣
4. Spread half of the carrot mixture on the bottom of the pan, then add a few dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top. Repeat. Swirl the two batters with a knife.⁣
5. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes until the edges are golden brown. ⁣
6. Allow to cool and serve!
    🍯 Honey Roasted Vegetables 🍯⁣
⁣
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Serves: 4 ⁣
⏲ Prep Time: 10 minutes⁣
🍽 Cook Time: 30 minutes⁣
⁣
🍠 Ingredients: 🍠⁣
4 cups carrots, peeled and diced⁣
4 cups sweet potato, peeled and diced⁣
4 cups brussels sprouts, halved⁣
1 cup dried cranberries⁣
2 tbsp Grace Honey⁣
2 tbsp olive oil⁣
½ tsp ground cinnamon⁣
Salt and pepper to taste⁣
⁣
👇 Instructions: 👇⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or tin foil and coat with a non-stick spray.⁣
2. Spread the carrots, sweet potato and brussels sprouts on the sheet pan. ⁣
3. Combine the honey, olive oil, cinnamon, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour over the vegetables and toss until evenly coated. ⁣
4. Place in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender or browned. Add the dried cranberries during the last 5 minutes of cooking. ⁣
5. Remove from the oven and serve while hot!
