Coconut Shrimp Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 Tbsp Grace Organic Coconut Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup of Flour
  • 1 Cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 1 pound of shrimp
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Scramble egg in bowl
  2. Dip shrimp into egg
  3. Dip shrimp into flour
  4. Dip shrimp into egg
  5. Dip shrimp into shredded coconut
  6. Repeat until desired amount reached
  7. Place 2 Tbsp of Grace Coconut Oil into skillet
  8. Place shrimp on skillet and flip once browned
  9. Serve right away with dip of choice.  We recommend Grace Jerk Dipping Sauce.
