INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Tbsp Grace Organic Coconut Oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup of Flour
- 1 Cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 1 pound of shrimp
DIRECTIONS:
- Scramble egg in bowl
- Dip shrimp into egg
- Dip shrimp into flour
- Dip shrimp into egg
- Dip shrimp into shredded coconut
- Repeat until desired amount reached
- Place 2 Tbsp of Grace Coconut Oil into skillet
- Place shrimp on skillet and flip once browned
- Serve right away with dip of choice. We recommend Grace Jerk Dipping Sauce.
