Ingredients:

4 cups grated cassava
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 cups sugar
¼ cup Grace Coconut Sugar
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 stick of butter
½ tsp cardamom
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cloves
½ tsp ground ginger
1 can Grace coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk.
2. Pour ingredients into a brownie dish and sprinkle some Grace Coconut sugar on top. Bake until firm and golden brown. Once baked, remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
