Fried Caramelized Plantain

- COOKING TIME : 10 minutes
- SERVES : 4
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Ripe plantains
- 3 Tbsp Grace Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon
- 1-2 Tbsp Grace Coconut Oil
- Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Chop plantains into ½ inch slices
- Add plantain to mixing bowl and toss with coconut sugar, cinnamon and sea salt
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat
- Once skillet is hot add coconut oil and plantains
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until brown and caramelized
