Fried Caramelized Plantain

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Ripe plantains
  • 3 Tbsp Grace Coconut Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 Tbsp Grace Coconut Oil
  • Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Chop plantains into ½ inch slices
  2. Add plantain to mixing bowl and toss with coconut sugar, cinnamon and sea salt
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Once skillet is hot add coconut oil and plantains
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until brown and caramelized
