Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Flaxseed, Flaxseed or Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 2/3 cup Grace 100% Pure Coconut Water
Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
