INGREDIENTS:

Jerk Sliders

• minced meat
• green onions
• celery
• coriander/cilantro
• breadcrumbs
• 12 Cherry tomatoes
• Grace Jerk Sauce
• Grace Coconut Water
• salt and pepper
• buns
• tomato
• lettuce

Jerk BBQ Sauce
Grace 100% Pure Coconut Water

Mango Salad Side Dish
• half ripe mangoes
• red pepper
• cucumber
• lime juice
• salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Jerk Sliders

1. Mix all ingredients together.add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Divide into balls and flatten to make patty.
3. Grill at 250 degrees flipping every 1 minute.
4. Baste with coconut water.
5. Place on bun.
6. Garnish with lettuce tomato.
7. Choice of hot pepper,ketchup and mustard.

For Mango Salad Side Dish

1. Put shredded mangoes in bowl
2. Add red peppers cucumbers lime juice. Salt and black pepper to taste.
3. Mix well
4. Serve on the side with sliders.

Drink of choice – icy cold Grace Coconut Water!
