Lamb
Olive Oil
1/2 Bottle of Grace Jerk Seasoning
Baked vegetables & herbs for serving
DIRECTIONS
1. Place lamb on cutting board fat side up. Lightly score fat layer with a sharp knife
2. Pour olive oil over the rack
3. Sear and brown lamb in hot olive oil
4. Rub hot lamb with half of the Grace Jerk Seasoning using a pastry brush
5. Transfer lamb in pan to 375F pre-heated oven and roast for 7-8 minutes
6. After 7-8 minutes, turn the temperature down to 350F and roast for another 6 minutes
7. Serve with baked vegetables and fresh herbs
