Sesame Chicken

Ingredients:

For the chicken:

2 eggs
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp vegetable oil
½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup corn starch
Salt and pepper to taste

For the sauce:

1 garlic clove, minced
¼ cup Grace Honey
⅓ cup soy sauce
½ cup ketchup
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 green onions

DIRECTIONS:

1. Whisk together the eggs, salt and pepper. Combine the flour and cornstarch in a separate bowl. Dunk the chicken breasts into the wet mixture, then the dry mixture.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side, until nice and crisp. Drain and set aside.
3. Combine ingredients for the sauce together and allow to simmer in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until thickened.
4. Toss the chicken into the pan, and coat with sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped onions.
5. Serve on a bed of fried rice.
