Creamy Coconut Dalgona Coffee

1 can Grace Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Nescafe coffee (or any other fine instant coffee)
1 tbsp Grace Coconut Sugar (adjust to your taste!)

Creamy Coffee

1) The most important step is to place the Grace Coconut Milk can in the fridge overnight, or in the freezer for 2-3 hours. This makes the coconut milk separate!
2) Open the can and scrape off the solidified top layer into a bowl
3) Add the coffee and sugar and begin whipping with a whisk until well incorporated and fluffy
4) Take another Grace Coconut Milk, shake well, and pour out into a glass
5) Top with the whipped mixture, mix and enjoy!
