¼ tsp Grace Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce
3-5 Slices of bacon
1 package of four sausages, sliced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup onion seasoning blend
1 cup frozen corn kernels
½ cup water
1 tsp creole seasoning
Rice to serve (optional)
1. In a large dutch oven, add bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, add the remaining ingredients and stir occasionally. Reduce to low simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve and garnish with crumbled bacon.
