Fish Tea Soup

INGREDIENTS:

Your choice of fish⁣
1 packet Grace Fish Tea Soup Mix⁣
8 cups water⁣
4 plantains, sliced⁣
2 potatoes, peeled and chopped⁣
2 cups corn ⁣
1 cup sweet potato⁣
4 carrots, chopped⁣
4 scallions, chopped⁣
2 cloves of garlic⁣
Pinch of salt⁣
Pinch of pepper⁣
Fresh herbs for garnish⁣

DIRECTIONS:

1. Clean and de-bone the fish. ⁣
2. Bring the water to a boil. Add fish and simmer until soft, about 30 minutes. Strain the fish and set aside. ⁣
3. Add the packet of soup mix to the fish broth and bring to a boil. Add the plantains, potatoes, corn, sweet potato, carrots, scallions and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.⁣
4. Reduce the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the fish. ⁣
5. Remove from the heat. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
