INGREDIENTS:

1 can of Grace Dry Pigeon Peas⁣
1 pack Grace Spicy Cock Soup Mix⁣
1 50g packet of Grace Coconut Milk Powder ⁣
2 potatoes, diced⁣
1 Jamaican sweet potato, diced⁣
1 green pepper, diced⁣
1⁄2 onion, chopped⁣
1 escallion, chopped⁣
1 carrot, diced⁣
6-8 cups of water⁣
For dumplings:⁣
1 cup flour⁣
1⁄4 cup water or as needed Salt and pepper ⁣

DIRECTIONS:

1) Mix flour with water and seasoning and roll in your palms to create long tapered dumplings, set aside
2) In a pot, fry all of the vegetables for 3-5 minutes⁣
3) Add water, ​Spicy Cock Soup Mix​ and let simmer for 30 minutes⁣
4) Add beans, dumplings and ​Grace Coconut Milk Powder and let simmer for another 30 minutes⁣
5) Enjoy!⁣
