Milne Dam Conservation Park Project

The staff of GraceKennedy (Ontario) Inc. participated in a community outreach project at Milne Dam Conservation Park to remove the flowers and/or seed heads of the very invasive Dog strangling vine to help to control the spread of these plants before they could be dispersed and spread to other areas of the park. The goal of this exercise was to help control and reduce the ecological impacts of invasive species so as to protect the different plant and animal lives that exist within the particular ecosystem.
