INGREDIENTS
Salmon 5 pieces
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Grated Ginger
2 tbsp Grace Jerk Seasoning
1 tsp of Oil
DIRECTIONS
1. In a small bowl mix together 2TBSP honey, 2 TBSP grated ginger, 2 TBSP Grace Jerk Seasoning and 1 TSP of Oil.
2. Pour the mixed jerk seasoning over the salmon sufficiently covering each piece.
3. Place the salmon on a non-stick baking sheet skin side down in a pre-heated oven of 475F.
4. Allow the salmon to cook for 8- 10 minutes
